Daniel Jorge came up through construction the way most people do — by doing the work, making mistakes, and rebuilding from them. He progressed from field operations through project management to full development and capital formation, learning that every discipline problem in a project traces back to a leadership problem at the top.
That conviction extended beyond construction. He was succeeding professionally and drifting in every other area that mattered. A mentor confronted him about it directly — and it permanently changed how he leads his home, his business, and his faith.
Today he operates real estate across Florida, mentors Christian entrepreneurs through the Stewardship framework, and leads a Christian church community in Orlando. Three contexts, one calling.
