Daniel coaches and mentors founders, entrepreneurs, and leaders through one-on-one executive coaching and the Formation Cohort. He also provides strategic advisory for real estate development and investment. He is the author of the Stewardship book series.

Sanford, Florida. Daniel works with clients nationally but his real estate development work is Florida-focused.

What is the difference between coaching and Formation?

Executive Coaching is one-on-one, monthly sessions focused on clarity, decision-making, and alignment. Formation is a selective group cohort of 6–8 leaders over 6–12 months, built on the full Stewardship framework with deeper community and accountability.

The Stewardship series is a six-volume series covering Foundation, Capital, Family, Community, Mission, and Legacy. Volumes I–III are available now. Volumes IV–VI are scheduled for 2026.
