The policy
Scope
This policy covers payments for speaking engagements, advisory work, and materials arranged through this site. No payment is collected through this website itself; engagements are confirmed in writing.
Speaking and advisory bookings
Booking deposits reserve a date. Rescheduling requested 14 or more days before the date moves the deposit to the new date at no cost, once. Cancellation by the client less than 14 days before the date forfeits the deposit, which covers preparation and the reserved calendar. If I cancel for any reason other than force majeure, the deposit is refunded in full.
Written materials and digital content
Purchases of digital materials are final once delivered, except where the file is defective and cannot be replaced — in that case the purchase is refunded.
Errors
Duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected promptly once verified — report them within 30 days to info@danieljorge.com.
How to request
Email info@danieljorge.com with your name, the engagement or purchase, the date and amount, and the reason. Responses go out within 10 business days; approved refunds return to the original payment method.
Governing law
Florida law. Disputes are brought in the courts of Orange County, Florida, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
